FAQs

Your questions answered
— where culture, care, and curiosity intersect with peace of mind

1. What age range do you provide child care for?

We provide care for children from 6 weeks through age 6. Our programs include Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool/Pre-K, each designed to support children at their specific developmental stage.

2. What qualifications do your caregivers have?

Our teachers and caregivers meet state licensing requirements and are trained in CPR and First Aid. Many bring years of experience in early childhood education, and all share a passion for nurturing children in a safe, supportive environment.

3. Do you offer part-time or full-time care options?

Yes. We offer flexible schedules — 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day programs — to meet the needs of today’s families.

4. How do you ensure the safety of my child?

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We use the Procare app for secure check-in and check-out, our staff is CPR and First Aid certified, and our facilities follow strict state safety standards indoors and outdoors.

5. Do you provide specialized care for children with special needs?

We welcome all children and work closely with families to understand their needs. While we are not a specialized special-needs facility, our teachers strive to adapt the classroom environment and communicate with parents to support each child’s success.

6. What kind of activities do you offer for children?

Our curriculum blends cultural arts and academics. Children explore music, language, art, science, and even foods from around the world. We also provide hands-on STEM activities, outdoor play, and social learning that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.

7. How do you communicate with parents about their child's day?

We use the secure Parent Portal app to send daily photo updates, messages, and important reminders. Parents can check in throughout the day and feel connected to their child’s experience.

8. Are meals and snacks provided?

Yes. We provide nutritious meals and snacks, often exploring foods from different cultures as part of our curriculum. We accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible.

9. Can I tour the child care facility before enrolling?

Absolutely. We encourage every family to schedule a tour to see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and ask questions. Tours can be arranged through our website form or by contacting the school directly. Book A Tour!

10. How do I enroll my child in your program?

Enrollment begins with a tour and family interview to make sure Bambini is the right fit. From there, you’ll complete the enrollment form, pay the enrollment fee, and fill out your orientation packet. Our team will then confirm your start date and help with a smooth transition.
